If you are using a debit card with a daily spending limit, it is your responsibility to contact your bank to give them permission to authorize the transaction. If they require the name of the vendor and you are unsure as to who that is, please contact us.
Payment Authorization
I authorize my credit card to be charged for travel arrangements as instructed by me, including but not limited to deposits, final payments, air tickets, accommodations, tours, excursions, insurance, and any applicable service fees. I understand all the terms and conditions of this booking and agree to the terms and conditions provided to me for this travel arrangement, including all cancellation policies. I understand and agree that travel arrangements may be subject to non-refundable cancellation penalties. I further understand that as part of my travel services, my travel advisor has recommended that all travelers purchase some form of travel insurance to help protect their travel investment.
If this authorization is made on behalf of the cardholder, the signatory affirms they have been authorized by the cardholder, and the cardholder accepts all responsibility for charges.
I certify that the information provided is true and correct, and I am authorized to effect charges on the credit card number provided. In the event of any discrepancy on my credit card account, I agree to notify MVP Signature Travel and my travel advisor within seven (7) business days of receiving the statement or immediately upon knowledge of such error.
As the credit card holder, I authorize MVP Signature Travel and my travel advisor to use my card for future purchases approved by me, whether verbally, in writing, or electronically. I understand that charges may be processed by travel Suppliers directly, and such charges may appear under the Supplier’s name on my credit card statement.
I agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback except in the case of actual fraud. Attempting to reverse charges in violation of this authorization may result in additional fees, legal costs, or collection expenses.
Authorization is valid until the date of travel or one (1) year from the date of submission, whichever is sooner.
